SAUCE ON
pulled pork fries • slow cooked mesquite ribs • smoked sausage
Ingredients
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 apples
1/4 cup worcestershire
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup red wine
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp smoked paprika (optional if no smoker available)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation

Preheat smoker to 225°. Add apples to the smoker and smoke for 10 minutes. If no smoker, add smoked paprika to cooked sauce

While apples are smoking, in a saucepan add ketchup, red wine, brown sugar, yellow mustard, worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Into a food processor or blender, all sauce pan ingredients and smoked apples. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Enjoy!
