bacon alfredo

Fettuccine Alfredo with parsley and bacon and aside of bread




SAUCE ON

fettuccine • monte cristo sandwich • spinach artichoke dip




Ingredients



All of the ingredients for bacon Alfredo




1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 stick of butter

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chicken stock

4 oz cream cheese block

5 bacon strips

5 garlic cloves

1/2 lemon and zest

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp pepper



Preparation

1.

Chop bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry in sauce pan. After crispy, take out and set aside. Leave bacon fat in pan

To bacon drippings add butter and garlic. Cook for 5min until garlic has softened

Add heavy cream, onion powder, cream cheese, chicken stock, lemon juice/zest, italian seasoning, salt and pepper

4.

Bring to simmer and let cook for 10 minutes until thickened
