SAUCE ON
bison cheeseburger •sweet potato tots • irish nachos
Ingredients
4 bacon strips
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp reserved bacon fat
2 tbsp prepared jarred horseradish
10 chive stalks
1 tsp lemon juice and peel
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 6oz yogurt cup
1 garlic clove
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees Line pan with aluminum foil and bake bacon for 20min. Reserve 1 tbsp of rendered bacon fat

Into a blender add bacon, bacon fat, chives, mayo, sour cream, onion powder, worcestershire, red wine vinegar, garlic clove, greek yogurt, lemon peel/juice, salt and pepper

Pulse blender about 10 times to blend all ingredients while keeping the bacon as small chunks
