Wisconsin Fish Fry • Honey Glazed Salmon • Potato Wedges
Ingredients
1/2 cup bleu cheese stuffed olives (chopped)
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp olive brine
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried dill
1/2 lemon juice and zest
1 tsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
1.
Finely chop bleu cheese stuffed olives.

To a medium sized mixing bowl add chopped bleu cheese stuffed olives, mayonnaise, dried dill, sour cream, dijon mustard, tarragon, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, olive brine, lemon juice/zest, salt and pepper

Serve with a Fish Fry!
