SAUCE ON •Fried Chicken Thigh Sandwich • Oven Roasted Onion Rings • Cocktail Shrimp
Ingredients
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 lemon juice/zest
2 tbsp worcestershire
2 roma tomatoes
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp dried dill
1 pickle
1 tbsp pickle brine
1 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425°. Slice roma tomatoes and lay on sheet pan. Add garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 min

Into a blender put pickle, pickle brine, roasted roma tomatoes, sour cream, mayonnaise, worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, roasted garlic, lemon, hot sauce, horseradish, celery salt, salt and pepper

Pulse 5 times until all ingredients are incorporated.
