SAUCE ON
Buttermilk Pancakes • Toasted English Muffins • Sourdough French Toast
Ingredients
1/2 tsp whole cardamom seeds
2 cups maple syrup
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
1.
Into a blender, food processor or using a hand blender put blueberries into a cup and blend.
2.
Into a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat, add maple syrup and cardamom. Bring to a simmer.
3.
Add blended blueberries and cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes. Take off of heat.
4.
Strain out mixture and put on top of your favorite type of pancakes!
