Wisconsin Fish Fry • Honey Glazed Salmon • Tator Tots
Ingredients
1.5 cup Mayo
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Dried Dill
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Lemon Juice/Zest
1/3 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Preparation

To a medium sized mixing bowl add mayonnaise, dried dill, sour cream, dijon mustard, smoked paprika, ground cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet pickle relish, dried thyme, dried oregano, lemon juice/zest, salt and pepper

Mix tartar sauce and serve with a fish fry!
