Kale Salad • Salmon Marinade • Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
1 Grapefruit Juiced
1 Orange Juiced
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Garlic Clove Smashed
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
1/3 cup Olive Oil
Preparation
1.
Bring a grill or stovetop cast iron pan to high heat. Cut grapefruit in half and sear for 5 minutes or until sugars are caramelized.

Put grapefruit juice, orange juice, smashed garlic clove, onion powder, olive oil, water, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper into a screw top shaker or bowl. Shake vinaigrette or whisk until combined.

Serve on a salad!
