SAUCE ON
Ribeye Steak Sandwich • Grilled Sweet Potato • Coconut Shrimp
Ingredients
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of cilantro
5 mint leaves
1 shallot
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp honey
4 garlic cloves
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1.
Into the food processor add parsley, cilantro, mint, shallot, red wine vinegar, ginger, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper

Start blending and add olive oil slowly until everything is blended.
