Al Pastor Tacos • Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos • Chopped Mexican Salad
Ingredients
1 Bunch of Cilantro (stems and all)
5 Tarragon Vines (stems and all)
1 Jalapeño (de seed for heat level)
1 Whole Lime Juice/Zest
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayo
1 tbsp Seasoned Salt
1 tsp Honey
1/2 Orange Juice/Zest
1 tsp Pepper
Preparation
1.
Into blender add cilantro, tarragon, lime juice/zest, garlic, white vinegar, sour cream, mayo, season salt, honey, pepper, jalapeño and orange juice/zest.

Blend for 30 seconds until
smooth. Serve on chicken breast.
