SAUCE ON
Cilantro Basmati Rice • Smoked Lamb Shank • Oven Roasted Falafel
Ingredients
1 tomato sauce 29oz
2 lite coconut milk 8oz
1 sweet onion
1 cup chopped carrots 2 cup bone broth or chicken broth
1 sweet onion
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp minced ginger
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp fennel seed crushed
4 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp instant coffee or 1 packet Starbucks via
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ginger powder
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
1.
Chop up carrots, onion, ginger, and garlic. Sauté in olive oil for five minutes until softened.

To the sautéed ingredients, add ginger powder, garlic powder, garam masala, brown sugar, curry powder, fennel seed, smoked paprika, instant coffee, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Sauté for five minutes.

Add tomato sauce, bone broth and coconut milk. Simmer for 20min

Turn off heat and add butter.

Serve with rice, falafel and naan!
