SAUCE ON
leftover turkey tacos • roasted brussel sprouts • lamb meatball
Ingredients
2 carolina reaper peppers
1 cup cranberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
1 white onion
1/2 orange juiced
1/2 lime juiced
2 tbsp minced ginger
2 oz brandy
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation

Deseed carolina reaper peppers. Add to a small bowl and pour brandy over them. Let soak for 30min.

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Add cranberries, brandy soaked carolina reapers, onion, garlic, salt and olive oil to sheet pan. Roast for 20 minutes

After roasting, into blender put cranberries, carolina reaper, onion, red bell pepper, garlic, brown sugar, orange juice, lime juice, ginger, cinnamon, smoked paprika, nutmeg, vinegar, water, salt and pepper

Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Strain and serve.
