Ingredients
1 Cilantro Bunch
1 Parsley Bunch
1/2 cup Dill
5 Mint Leaves Fresh
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Lemon Juice/Zest
1 Avocado
1 Ginger Root Small
1 Shallot Medium
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Preparation

Into a blender place parsley, cilantro, dill, sour cream, avocado, mint, grated ginger, shallot, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper

Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
