SAUCE ON
Brined Chicken Wings • Roasted Cauliflower • Grilled Chicken Thigh Sandwich
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup franks red hot sauce
1/4 cup sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
1.
To a sauce pan over medium heat, add soy sauce, franks red hot, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes. Add coconut milk and bring back to a simmer.

After simmering for 3 minutes, turn off heat and stir.

Toss with chicken wings!
