SAUCE ON
avocado b.l.t • sweet potato spears • deep fried chicken sandwich
Ingredients
2 english cucumbers
1 bunch fresh dill
2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
2 serrano peppers (de seed for heat level)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
5 garlic cloves
1 green bell pepper
1/2 tsp citric acid
1 tbsp honey
1 white onion
1 tbsp salt
Preparation
1.
Rough chop onion, garlic, serrano pepper and green bell pepper.

Preheat an oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Into oven or air fryer put serrano pepper, green bell pepper, onion and garlic. Roast for 15 min.

To a blender add roasted onion, garlic, green bell pepper, serrano peppers, fresh dill, fresh tarragon, citric acid, honey, cucumber, white vinegar, yellow mustard and salt
