SAUCE ON
NY Strip Steak • Bone-In Pork Chop • Caramelized Carrots
Ingredients
2 sticks of salted butter
1 yellow onion
2 shallots medium sized
2 tbsp white truffle oil
2 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp chopped thyme
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
1.
Chop up onion and shallot. Put in a medium sized pan with olive oil and sauté for 5min until translucent

Add thyme, worcestershire, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and stir until all ingredients are completely combined

Add white truffle oil and sauté for 20 minutes until caramalized

Let ingredients cool for 5 minutes and chop into small pieces

To a mixing bowl add butter, cooked onion mixture, white truffle oil, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients combined

Put mixed truffle butter on plastic wrap. Fold plastic wrap over butter and roll until a log forms. Shape butter and fold plastic wrap under. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze.
