SAUCE ON
garlic bread • rigatoni • turkey burger
Ingredients
3 heirloom tomatoes
10 basil leaves
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 can cannellini beans (drained)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 oz capers with brine
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
1.
Chop the heirloom tomatoes into quarter size pieces. Mince the garlic and chop up the basil. Toss into a bowl and mix

To the same bowl, add garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, capers with brine, cannellini beans, salt and pepper
