garlic cheese sauce

Homemade Cheese Sauce with a side of Soft Pretzel Bites


SAUCE ON

soft pretzels • broccoli • chili cheese fries


Ingredients

1 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk or half and half

1 tbsp corn starch

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

Into a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, garlic powder and corn starch until all the shredded cheese is coated.

Add cheddar cheese mixture, milk, and salt and pepper to a sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes until cheese is incorporated.
