Lamb Gyro • B.L.T. • Grilled Chicken Burrito
Ingredients
7 greek kalmata olives
1.5 cup mayonnaise
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 lemon juice/zest
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp dried dill
1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation

Into a blender, food processor or using a hand blender put mayonnaise, greek kalmata olives, lemon juice/zest, garlic powder, dried dill,onion powder, dried parsley, olive brine, dried thyme, greek yogurt, pepper and salt

Blend all ingredients for 1 minute and serve on a GYRO!
