SAUCE ON • Crab Legs • Gnocchi • Fried Eggs
Ingredients
1 Lemon
1 Parsley Bunch
1/2 cup Dill
1 cup Grated Parmesan
1/2 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Almonds
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Preparation

Toast almonds for 5 minutes

While almonds are toasting, cut lemon in half and grill for 5 minutes until charred

Into a blender, add grilled lemon juice, toasted almonds, dill, parsley, olive oil, marinated artichokes, grated parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute

Enjoy with Crab!
