SAUCE ON
eggs benedict • grilled asparagus • cedar planked salmon
Ingredients
3 egg yolk
1 stick of butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard
Preparation
1.
Turn stove top to medium heat. Add one stick of butter to a sauce pan

Into a food processor or blender, add egg yolk, hot sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper
3.
Turn food processor or blender on low and slowly stream in melted butter for 1 minute
4.
Sauce will thicken after butter is streamed in. Should coat the back of a spoon
5.
Serve warm within 1 hour of making.
