SAUCE ON
blue corn tortilla chips • fish taco • steak quesadilla
Ingredients
9 roasted jalapeño (4 deseeded, 4 with seeds) and 1 fresh Jalapeño
1 tbsp honey
1 red onion
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp liquid smoke
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
1.
On a sheet pan put jalapeños, red onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 25min

Into a blender put roasted jalepenos, fresh deseeded jalepeno, roasted red onion, roasted garlic, honey, liquid smoke,apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute.

Put blended mixture into a pot and bring to a boil for 5 min
4.
Pour boiled blended mixture through cheese cloth or mesh sieve
5.
Let cool and add to your favorite shape hot sauce bottle or container.
