SAUCE ON
Hot Dog • Ground Pork Burger • Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
1 cup of kimchi with juice
1 yellow onion
4 cloves or garlic
2 tbsp minced ginger
1/3 brown sugar
1 can whole peeled tomatoes (26oz)
1 can tomato paste (6oz)
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup gochujang
1 tbsp paprika
2 roma tomatoes
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Rough Chop onion and garlic. Put in a medium sized sauce pan with olive oil and sauté for 5min until translucent

To sauce pan add kimchi/juice, worcestershire, brown sugar, paprika, rice wine vinegar, whole peeled tomatoes/juice, tomato paste, roma tomatoes, ginger, gochujang, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes and stir until all ingredients are completely combined

Add all ingredients to a blender or use an immersion blender. Blend for 1 minute.
