
SAUCE ON
pork egg rolls • air fryer chicken tenders • deep fried cauliflower
Ingredients

6 oz can of pineapple juice
1/2 cup mandarin oranges in syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
Preparation

To a blender add mandarin oranges with juice. Blend for 30 seconds.

To a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat add pineapple juice, blended mandarin oranges, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Bring to a simmer.

To a seperate bowl add cornstarch and water. Mix until corn starch slurry has formed. Add cornstarch slurry to simmering sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until thickened and turn off heat
