SAUCE ON
Chopped Chicken Salad • Broccolini • Pork Banh Mi
Ingredients
2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp minced ginger
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation

To a shaker or bowl, add soy sauce, miso, rice wine vinegar, ginger, maple syrup, dijon mustard, water and olive oil. (If using a shaker, shake all ingredients together. If using a bowl, drizzle in olive oil and whisk vigorously)

Smash 1 whole garlic clove and drop into bowl or shaker. Let sit for at least an hour and serve over a salad!
