SAUCE ON
Steak Nachos • Bean Burrito • Mexican Torta
Ingredients
1/3 cup Jarred Mole Sauce
32oz Block Yellow American Cheese
1/3 cup Pickled Jalapeños and Brine
1 Block of Pepperjack Cheese (Buy in block form and then Shred)
1 cup Half and Half or Milk
1/4 cup Diced Chipotle Peppers
1 tbsp Onion Powder
3/4 tbsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 White Onion
2 Jalapeños (De seed for heat level)
1/2 Stick of Butter
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Preparation
1.
Into a dutch oven or large sauce pot add butter, diced white onion, minced garlic, and diced jalapeño pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add half and half and bring to a simmer.

To the sautéed ingredients add cubed American cheese and shredded pepperjack cheese. Stir until melted.

To melted cheese mixture add chopped pickled jalapeños/brine, Molé sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cayenne pepper, diced chipotle peppers, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!!!
