NashvALE Hot Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup pale ale beer

1 stick of butter

2 tbsp cayenne pepper or sandia powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp honey

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup water



Preparation

1.

Over medium heat, add beer to a sauce pan. Bring to simmer and add butter. Cook until butter is completely melted.

To the butter/beer mixture, add cayenne pepper (or sandia powder), smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, honey, brown sugar, and water. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Turn off heat. Make sure to stir each time the chicken gets dipped!
