Ingredients
2 8 oz cream cheese blocks
1 12oz oktoberfest beer
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
Preparation

Into a sauce pan add beer, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15min or until reduced by more than half into a syrup consistency. Put into a bowl and let cool for 10min

As the beer mixture is boiling, into a standing mixer put cream cheese and cinnamon. Mix for 30 seconds.

After the beer syrup has cooled, add to the cinnamon cream cheese from the previous step. Mix for 1 minute

Add to your favorite type of bagel!!!
