Breakfast Casserole • Al Pastor Tacos • Deep Fried Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
4 red fresno peppers (de seed for heat level)
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 whole jarred roasted red pepper
1/2 sweet onion
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp salt
Preparation
1.
Rough chop onion, garlic, and red fresno chile. De seed red fresno for heat level.

Preheat an oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Into oven or air fryer put red fresno chile, onion and garlic. Roast for 15 min.

To a blender add roasted onion, garlic, red fresno chile, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, minced ginger, jarred roasted red bell pepper, water, pomegranate juice, garlic powder and salt

Enjoy on a breakfast casserole!!!
