SAUCE ON
ritz cracker and brie cheese • rotisserie chicken sub • toasted english muffin
Ingredients
1 lb of strawberries
5 red jalapeño
1/2 packet sure jell pectin packet
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell pepper
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
Preparation

Quarter strawberries, mince red jalapeño pepper and roasted red pepper

Over medium heat in a sauce pan, add strawberries, red jalapeño pepper, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and roasted red bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and then mash down to purée form.

Add sure jell pectin and bring to a simmer. Add sugar and turn heat to low. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes

Put finished product in your favorite shaped jar!
