Orecchiette Pasta • Margherita Pizza • Lemon Marinated Chicken Breast
Ingredients
7 asparagus stalks
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
8 basil leaves
1/2 lemon juice/zest
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
1.
Cut off the fibrous end on all the asparagus stalks. Pre heat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees and roast for 10 minutes.

Into a blender or food processor put roasted asparagus, honey, parmesan, red pepper flakes, sunflower seeds, basil, garlic clove, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute.

Toss with pasta!
