SAUCE ON
egg sandwich • bruschetta • lamb burger
Ingredients
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 lemon juice and peel
1 egg
5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 med sized shallot
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put garlic, cherry tomatoes, and shallots on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes

While the other ingredients are roasting, into a food processor put egg, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon peel, dijon mustard and blend for 30 Seconds.

After blending for 30 sec, drizzle vegetable oil in for 2 minutes until aioli forms.
4.
Add roasted ingredients to aioli and blend for 30 seconds until incorporated
5.
Add to your favorite sandwich!
