Roasted Sage and Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients



1.5 cups mayonnaise

5 sage leaves

3 garlic cloves

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper



Preparation

1.

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. To a roasting pan add sage, garlic and olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.

Into a food processor or blender put roasted sage, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, mayonnaise, salt and pepper . Blend for 30 seconds or until all ingredients are incorporated.
