SAUCE ON
Fettuccine • Monte Cristo Sandwich • Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 of a 4 oz cream cheese block
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning herb blend
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
*If no smoker, add 1 tbsp smoked paprika or liquid smoke
Preparation
1.
Add vanilla extract to a ramekin. Turn on smoker and set to 225 degrees. Put in smoker for 30min.
*If no smoker, add 1 tbsp of smoked paprika or liquid smoke at end of recipe

To a medium sized sauce pan melt butter. Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Cook for 15 minutes until cream cheese has melted.

Add vanilla extract, onion powder, cream cheese, garlic powder, italian seasoning, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and enjoy on Fettuccine!
