SAUCE ON
Chicken Sandwich • Tofu Gyro • Tuna Salad Wrap
Ingredients
1.5 cup mayonnaise
1 jalapeño (de seed for heat level)
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation

On a grill or stove top burner, cook a jalapeño until blistered. Set aside and let cool.

Into a food processor or using a hand blender put mayonnaise, curry powder, honey, garlic powder, dijon mustard, onion powder, sour cream, blistered jalapeño, minced ginger, pepper and salt.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until completely mixed.

Blend for 1-2 minutes. Put into your favorite container and serve with a CHICKEN PATTY!
