Ingredients

6oz stout beer

1/3 cup fig jam

2/3 cup barbecue sauce

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp worcestershire

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Preparation

1.

Into a medium sized sauce pot add stout beer, garlic powder, barbecue sauce, cayenne pepper, onion powder, worcestershire, fig jam, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and take off heat.
