SAUCE ON
Filet Mignon Steak • Bone-In Pork Chop • Caramelized Carrots
Ingredients
1 Stick of Softened Butter
1 tbsp Dried Tarragon
4 Cooked Shrimp Minced
1/2 Minced Garlic Clove
1/2 tbsp Lemon Zest
1/4 cup Chopped Chives
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Preparation
1.
Cook shrimp until pink all the way through. Mince cooked shrimp.

To a medium sized bowl add softened butter, minced shrimp, dried tarragon, chopped chives, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

Using plastic wrap, roll butter into a log. Put in freezer for 30 minutes or until hardened.
4.
Cut into coins and serve on steak!
