1 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish

2 tbsp Capers (rough chopped)

1 tbsp Fresh Tarragon

1 tbsp Onion Powder

1 tbsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Lemon Juice and Zest

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

In a bowl mix together mayo, sour cream, tarragon, lemon/zest, onion powder, dijon mustard, dill pickle relish, capers, sugar, salt and pepper
