Vegan Fish Taco • Grilled Cauliflower • Veggie Wrap
Ingredients
2 cups vegan mayonnaise
1 cup jarred roasted red bell pepper
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
2 tbsp pickled jalapeño brine
1/2 lime juice/zest
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp mustard powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
1.
Into a blender or food processor put vegan mayonnaise, roasted red bell pepper, lime juice/zest, garlic powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, cumin, onion powder, pickled jalapeños, pickled jalapeño brine, pepper and salt

Blend all ingredients for 1 minute and serve on a TACO!
